Cynthia Walker is an industry leader with 25+ years of experience across the Energy value chain and spanning operational and functional expertise.
As President and CEO of Mobius Renewables, Cynthia is leading the company’s next phase of strategic growth—expanding its global platform, strengthening operational performance, and advancing innovative, low-carbon energy solutions across diverse waste streams and end markets. She is focused on scaling the business with disciplined execution, deepening partnerships across the value chain, and positioning Mobius as a premier circular energy platform driving measurable decarbonization at global scale.
Cynthia is an experienced energy executive with deep strategic leadership across renewable fuels, hydrogen, and energy infrastructure. Prior Mobius Renewables, she served as CEO of TES-H2 Americas and Chief Strategy Officer of the TES-H2 Group, shaping growth strategy and advancing green hydrogen initiatives.
Prior to founding Mobius, she was the CEO for TES Americas, working to develop multi-billion dollar projects in North America to produce e-NG. Prior to that she spent 8 years as an executive with Occidental Petroleum, a global oil and gas company (NYSE: OXY), where she was the Chief Financial Officer, SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development and SVP of Midstream & Marketing.
She spent the first 15 years of her career in investment banking, primarily at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She is an independent director of Flowco (NYSE: FLOC), and a prior independent director of Sempra (NYSE: SRE) and Chord Energy (NASDAQ: CHRD). She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration with high honors.

Extensive relationships and off-take negotiations with RNG environmental attribute participants, including 50+ relationships spanning, voluntary markets with utilities in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia and RIN market participants from refiners, dispensers and brokers.
