With 18 years of experience through government aid agencies (JICA), consulting firms (PwC/Deloitte), and financial institutions (MUMSS, Sustainalytics, BloombergNEF), he has been engaged in climate change, energy transition, carbon markets, and sustainable finance.

Holder of a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management from the University of York, UK.
Also, he is a part-time lecturer at Academy of Energy and Informatics (ISE) in Institute of Science Tokyo.
