Vivian (Chih-Hsuan) Tsui is a Project Manager in the Department of International Cooperation and Business Development at the Taiwan Carbon Solution Exchange (TCX). Having joined TCX during its establishment phase, she played a key role in launching its international carbon credit trading platform and currently oversees international trading operations. Her expertise spans carbon markets, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development, including facilitating Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with international partners. Vivian also actively contributes to carbon market capacity-building initiatives, regularly speaking to domestic industry stakeholders and international experts to promote knowledge exchange and market development.

She holds a Master of Public Policy with a Certificate in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University.
