Bryan McCann is Head of APAC at Abatable, where he leads commercial work with corporates and investors across Asia Pacific. He has spent a decade in carbon markets and international development, bringing public and private actors together to fund climate action. Previously, he was Vice President of Markets at Emergent, helping to launch the LEAF Coalition, the world’s largest public-private initiative to fund tropical forest protection, and later held senior roles at Climate Impact X in Singapore.

He started his career at the global consultancy Oliver Wyman, and has worked with the World Food Programme in Rome and One Acre Fund in Kenya. Bryan holds a master’s degree in international and development economics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from Queen’s University.
