Philippe Rose is Senior Analyst and part of the founding team establishing the IEA’s first Regional Cooperation Centre in Singapore. He focuses on technology and energy security across Southeast Asia, including nuclear, low-carbon molecules, and gas. Philippe spent nearly two decades at Shell in economics and market development across Asia and Europe, including leadership in joint ventures in Iraq and Saudi Arabia. He holds an EMBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua, an MA from The Fletcher School, and a licentiate from the University of St. Gallen.
