Nataly Barros is the Climate & Sustainable Sourcing Senior Manager for Latin America at Royal Canin, part of the Mars Group. She leads the climate, sustainable sourcing, and circular packaging agenda across the region, supporting Mars’ net zero ambition by 2050. Her work focuses on deforestation  and conversion free supply chains, regenerative agriculture, and the design for circularity of flexible packaging in Latin America. She has over 15 years of experience across sustainability, procurement, and value chain transformation and holds a Double Degree Master’s in Agricultural Engineering from the University of São Paulo and UniLaSalle, France.
