Gio has been deeply involved in regulatory development in Singapore, contributing to gas market frameworks and advising on centralized procurement and energy transition policies.

Throughout his career, Gio has demonstrated a strong track record in optimizing procurement strategies, diversifying supply sources, and building commercially resilient energy portfolios. He has held leadership roles across utilities, joint ventures, and advisory platforms, including turning around businesses into multi-million-dollar profitable operations and positioning firms competitively within liberalized energy markets.
