
Griscelda Ramos holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara. As Director of Sustainability at Natura México, she is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy in Mexico, through awareness-raising, monitoring, and evaluation actions based on the triple bottom line. She is also responsible for establishing partnerships with organizations in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship and serves as a bridge between Brazil and Mexico to promote educational processes and initiatives, as well as post-consumer waste management projects.
She is currently President of the Sustainability Committee at CANIPEC and coordinator of the social circle initiative GEMI. She also holds a Diploma in Gender Violence.
In 2013, she joined Natura México as Training Manager, with the goal of developing and implementing the regional training strategy.
She has more than 25 years of experience in major and renowned companies. Furthermore, her training has allowed her to develop leadership skills.
