
Mr. Rodolfo Bollat is currently the Head of Sustainability at INGRUP, a packaging solutions company with more than 50 years in the market that is part of Castillo Hermanos, an international business group founded more than 139 years ago. Proving that sustainability is a central focus of the business, the Group founded the first recycling facility in Central America, being at the forefront of circularity in the region by leading efforts to rethink, redesign and increase the collection and recycling of PET bottles and other packaging materials through economically viable solutions and impactful social and community programs.
He has more than 20 years of experience in different industries, leading teams and projects in Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, and Central America. He is also a well-known leader in the business community, serving in the board of several trade and industry associations, where he collaborates with other peers to share his expertise in areas such as Energy, International Trade, Sustainability, and Multilateralism.
Rodolfo is a Chemical Engineer from University of Del Valle Guatemala, holds an MBA from The University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Renewable Energy from EOI Spain, and a Marketing Executive Scholar from Kellogg School of Business.
