Morphoplast S.A. of C.V. is a Mexican company with 10 years of experience, founded on November 26 of 2007, the main activity is about transformation of post-consumer PET for the manufacture of high quality Polyester Fiber. The strategic vision in a competitive market, the interest to develop a sustainable culture from the recycling of PET bottles and the detected market opportunity, gave the oportuniti to create in 2007 to the Morphoplast project. It belongs to the textile industry, which groups all those activities dedicated to the manufacture and obtaining of fiber.

Its customers are all those fiber processing industries in products such as garments, bedding, furniture filling wadding, geotextile felts, non-woven fabrics, towels, interlinings, automotive carpets, industrial manhole covers, among others. Currently it has 52 clients of which 100% belong to the national market. In the company, Eco Fiber Polyester with different denier is made.

In addition, different additional features are offered such as color and / or flame retardant, antistatic and silicone at the customer's request.

Morphoplast is installed in the state of Tlaxcala, with 2 production lines of Fiber and 4 of Flake; with an installed capacity to transform 30,000 tons per year of PET plastic and obtain a production of 2,271 tons per month of Polyester Ecological Fiber.

For Morphoplast, social responsibility is part of its DNA, as well as in each of the activities that take place in the company. To achieve this, strategies are established in order to promote a balance between economic growth, social responsability and the use of natural resources and care for the environment.
