NGR  is an Austrian based manufacturer of machines for the recycling of thermoplastics from industrial plastic processors or from end-of-life plastic waste streams. NGR’s  new PET-recycling-process called LSP – Liquid State Polycondensation –reached commercialization in 2015, taking advantage of a reaction-friendly environment in the molten state and can therefore accomplish an increase of IV-values within minutes. Besides the mechanical material improvements, it is an essential point of the process to achieve a decontamination-performance, allowing for food-contact-approvals and/or removal of spin oils.

Up to 100% undried PET flake or rPET is used in our viscoSHEET lines to produce the highest quality thermoform sheet at guaranteed iV levels.
