For delegates flying into Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam has introduced a mandatory online pre-arrival declaration for foreign visitors arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport. This took effect on 15 April 2026.

What you need to do:

1. Complete the declaration online within 3 days before you fly, at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn
2. You'll need to provide: passport info, passport photo, flight details, and accommodation address in HCMC.
3. Receive a QR code by email after submission.
4. Present the QR code to immigration officers on arrival at Tan Son Nhat.

This is Not a Visa: The arrival card is purely an electronic entry declaration. If your nationality requires an e-Visa or Visa on Arrival, you must still apply for it separately.

Nationals from countries not on the visa-exempt list must obtain either an electronic travel authorization (AEVM) or a standard e-Visa/consular visa before entry to Morocco.

What you need to do:

1. Check if you require a VISA/E-VISA/AEVM here
2. If eligible for e-Visa or AEVM, submit your application through Acces Maroc portal
3. If you are not eligible for e-Visa, apply at Moroccan consulate
