Vietnam Pre-Arrival Declaration
For delegates flying into Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Ho Chi Minh City
Vietnam has introduced a mandatory online pre-arrival declaration for foreign visitors arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport. This took effect on 15 April 2026.
What you need to do:
- Complete the declaration online within 3 days before you fly, at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn
- You'll need to provide: passport info, passport photo, flight details, and accommodation address in HCMC.
- Receive a QR code by email after submission.
- Present the QR code to immigration officers on arrival at Tan Son Nhat.
This is Not a Visa: The arrival card is purely an electronic entry declaration. If your nationality requires an e-Visa or Visa on Arrival, you must still apply for it separately.
