Yanti leads strategy development and program implementation to ensure the sustainable sourcing of raw ingredients, including palm oil and cocoa through Cocoa Life - Mondelez International’s global cocoa sustainability program, ensuring that Mondelez International’s snacks are made the right way. Yanti also oversees the development and regional execution of the company’s human rights due diligence approach, implementation of forced and child labor monitoring and remediation, external stakeholder engagement and investor relations. Her work bolsters the Cocoa Life program, which co-creates solutions with partners and farmers to make cocoa farming a prosperous business, and build communities that take on their own development while conserving natural resources.

With its $400 million investment over 10 years, Mondelez International is committed to empowering 200,000 cocoa farmers and improving the lives of more than 1 million people in cocoa growing communities in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Indonesia, Dominican Republic, India and Brazil. By 2025, all Mondelez International chocolate brands will source their cocoa through Cocoa Life. Yanti’s 20+ years of experience means she is best placed to develop and implement sustainability programs that encompass agriculture, the environment, and human rights.

Yanti has expertise in formulating businesses cases, securing investment, international trading and relations, corporate government affairs, and business and commercial acumen.
