Ana Arabia Zuniga has a Master degree with more than 16 years of experience in the areas of sustainability, business strategy and innovation, social responsibility, circular economy, and corporate relations with stakeholders.

She is an Expert in the creation and implementation of innovation strategies in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, with emphasis on product development and circular economy.

Her role at Darnel includes corporate relations with trade associations, regulatory entities, non-governmental organizations, strategic allies, suppliers and management of transversal improvement projects.

Dr. Lea Eggemann is the Project Manager and Sustainability Consultant of Meo Carbon Solutions. She has a PhD in agriculture for renewable methanol production with CO2 from biogas. Her expertise among others includes sustainability management, GHG emission calculation and renewable energies. She provides consultancy to companies on the implementation of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) scheme and supports the further development of the scheme, especially ISCC EU and ISCC PLUS. She is involved in the development of new certification and supply chain options and interdisciplinary scientific studies.

Carlos Mauricio Torres is a Chemical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in product development, PP markets & compounding and the petrochemical sector. He has a specialization in Commercial Management from the Universidad de la Sabana and a Master's Degree in Polymer Transformation from Eafit ICIPC. For more than 15 years, he was dedicated to the Research and Development of transformation in the plastics industry. Currently, he works as Director of Circular Economy in Esenttia, where he leads the circularity strategy of this company, the main exporter in the petrochemical sector in Colombia.

Daniel Mitchell is the Executive President of Acoplásticos since 2017. He graduated as an Economist from the Carlos III University of Madrid with a Master's Degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics. Prior to his position at Acoplásticos, he held positions as Cabinet Secretary of the Colombian Ministry of Defense, Economic Deputy Director and advisor to the General Director of the National Planning Department of Colombia and associate researcher of the Private Competitiveness Council, among others.

Martha Ruby Falla is a graduate in Law from the Medellín University, Colombia.  She has a master degree in environmental planning and Eco-Audit of Instituto de Investigaciones Ecológicas de Málaga, Spain. She also has a Master in Public Policy and Government of Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. She has been Director of Environmental Regional Corporation called Cornare, focused on protection of watershed Nare River in Colombia; Environmental Director of Urban Development Institute of Bogotá, Colombia´capital city; Secretary of Medellin Municipality in Environment issues, Manager of Arví Eco-Tourist Park, Colombia; Environmental Director of Interconexión Electrica S.A. (ISA) one of biggest energy carriers in Latam.
 
She is currently the Sustainability Director of Postobón, the leading company in beverages sector in Colombia. Martha was member of GRI Stakeholder Council and has more than eighteen years working in environmental management, territorial planning, design and development of social programs, international sustainability standards (GRI, ESG, DJSI) and promotion of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.  She is  Co- Shair of CEMPRE COLOMBIA and  Co-Shair of  REDRECICLO, this is one of the main environmental management program of packaging in Colombia.

Fernando has been associated with PET, RPET and Polyester business for over 30 years, in different positions including operations, process, quality, technical and sales. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Monterrey and Master’s in International Commerce from the same institution.

Mr. Gabriel Fonzo studied Eingeneering at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, also got an MBA and later got a  diploma on Family Business at Harvard. He has worked the last 25 years in the company his father founded 30 years ago, where the holding operates 3 PET packaging plants and 2 recycling pet bottle plants in Argentina and Chile. The group also owns and operates 5 Cold Storage logistic facilities for fresh fruits and vegetables, and the production of fresh Blueberries, Raspberries and Avocados.

Pablo Marin Es Ingeniero Químico de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Especialista en Gestión Energética Industrial, con un Master en Business Administration de la Universidad EAFIT. Trabaja en Enka desde el año 2000 desempeñando funciones en diferentes procesos productivos y con amplia experiencia en el reciclaje de plásticos.

Pablo Marin is a Chemical Engineer from the National University of Colombia, with a specialization in Industrial Energy Management, and a Master's in Business Administration from EAFIT University. He has been working at Enka since 2000, performing various functions in different production processes and has extensive experience in plastic recycling.

Francisco Alvarez is a Graduate in Chemical Engineering from UNAM in Mexico and has a specialization in Corporate Finance and Macroeconomics from the University of Bern in Switzerland. He is a Senior Specialist in Chemicals Consulting for S&P Global where he worked in projects that include recycled resins market entry strategy, the economics of low-carbon polyethylene production, the production of bio-based plastics, carbon-emissions reduction and business acquisitions. Prior to joining S&P Global he worked for a large resins producer in Latin America in areas such as strategic planning, market intelligence and investors relations where he coordinated the issuance of two bonds worth $2.1billion dollars in the capital markets.

Luz Elena Aristizábal Alviar is the Familia Foundation Lead. She is an Environmental Engineer with a  Master of Arts in Environmental Legislation, Master of Science in Environmental Management. She has 15 years of experience in the circular economy and sustainability sector, leading process to understand and increase recyclable materials in the supply chain, working with industries, governments and waste pickers in the formalized process in Colombia and Latin America.

Since it was founded in 1983, EREMA has specialised in the development and production of plastics recycling systems and technologies for the plastics processing in-dustry.

Ederson Sotini is responsible for technical sales and customer care in the applica-tion field of PET recycling plants in Latin America.

He holds a degree in Polymer Engineering from FATEC / SP, one in Commercial Management from SENAC / SP and an MBA in International Business. He has been operating in the plastics market for over 18 years, 8 of them dedicated to recycling.
