Based in Accra since August 2015, Fatih Ermis leads Nestlé's Agricultural Development projects including Nescafé Plan, Nestlé Cereals Plan, Nestlé Cassava Plan and Nestlé Cocoa plan in Central and West Africa region.
He has created very successful Private Public Partnerships with USAID, CNFA, IFDC, 2Scale and IDH in West Africa to improve local raw material quality, ensuring food safety, compliance with codex/local legislation and farmer capacity building under Nestlé Cereals Plan and Nestlé Cassava Plan.
Graduated from Agricultural faculty and completed his MBA in Turkey. He is working for Nestlé more than 23 years.
Fatih is an accomplished international Agricultural professional with a solid background and extensive experience in agricultural raw material production and commodity sourcing process.
He has pursued an international career leveraging his in-depth knowledge in sourcing, risk management, supplier development, sustainability and rural development in more than 10 countries in Asia and Africa.

Oluyemisi Iranloye established Psaltry International Limited, a cassava-based starch factory in Alayide Village 2005. She joined EKHA AGRO Farms Limited in 2002 as Senior Manager, Projects and was made the pioneering Executive Director of EKHA Agro Processing Limited (the first company in West Africa and second in Africa to produce glucose syrup from cassava) in 2004.
Her professional achievements include:
? In July 2010, she was recognised as a leading female entrepreneur for Nigeria by Hillary Clinton (former United States Secretary of State); she attended the African Women Entrepreneurship Programme (AWEP) in Washington DC, USA, and became the first AWEP president Nigeria Chapter.
? She was recognised by Federal Government of Nigeria Transformation Agenda Programme for her outstanding contribution to its Agriculture Transformation Agenda (ATA) by the past administration under the leadership of Dr. Adeshina.
? In 2016, she was commended by Aseyin of Iseyin land for her contribution in increasing the livelihood of cassava farmers in Iseyin and Oyo State at large
Between 2005 and 2007, she was a member of the Presidential Committee on Cassava Development and Utility in Nigeria and in 2006 she was appointed a member of UNIDO/Ministry of Commerce Committee that wrote the blue print for cassava development in Nigeria.  She was recently appointed a member of the Governing Council of Oyo State College of Agriculture, Igboora.
 
She is a graduate of Stanford Seed transformation programme, Stanford University, California, USA a programme which gives her the opportunity to mentor one intern from Stanford University from year 2015 to date. She obtained a B. Tech degree in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Minna in 1997 and M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University Ibadan in 2000.

Lateef Oladimeji SANNI graduated from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Nigeria with Second Class Upper Division in the Department of Food Science and Technology in 1990. He obtained Master and PhD Degrees in the Department of Food Technology, University of Ibadan in 1993 and 1999. He joined FUNAAB in 1993 as Assistant Lecturer, became Professor of Food Science and Technology in 2008, presented his inaugural lecture in 2015 and became Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development) in 2017. He won the 2008 Consultative Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Award Regional Technology Development in Sub Saharan Africa. He has over 27 years' experience in research, consultancy and collaborations as a postharvest expert on tropical root crops mostly implemented by the International Institute of Tropical Root Crop and Natural Resources Institute, UK. He is a project leader to multi-million dollar EU/Gates Foundation sponsored projects since 2008 till date. He served as resource person for World Bank upscaling of flash drying experience in West Africa. He was the Principal Investigator, Food Developers Initiative and Food Science and Nutrition Network sponsored by Association of African Universities. He is the Vice Chair Steering Committee of the African Women in Agricultural Research and Development, and former National President, Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology. He has mentored over 20 junior academics across three continents. He has trained well over 100 BSc, 30 MSc and 18 PhD graduates with well over 100 scientific publications in National and International Journals, Proceedings, reports, reviews, and books. He was a former Editorial Member, International Journal of Food Science and Technology and reviewer to many journals at National and international levels. He is the Chairman, Governing Council of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Oyo State, Nigeria, Immediate Past President, International Society for Tropical Root Crops (African Branch) and President, International Society for Tropical Root Crops.

He has a varied business background in natural resources, chemical trading, agri business and is the CEO of Caltech Ventures Limited, a cassava to ethanol/carbon dioxide processing project in Ho, Ghana. Mr. Quarshie is the current chairperson of the Ghana Industrial Cassava Stakeholder’s Platform.

Cyril is the IDH Regional Coordinator, West Africa and the global head of the Industrial Cassava Program of IDH and Grow Africa.  He oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of the Program in Sub-Saharan Africa.  The Program aims to transform and establish cassava as industrial crop in Africa by delivering proof that inclusive large-scale production and processing of cassava, in Africa, is sustainable and scalable. Prior, he worked as West Africa Regional Manager of Solidaridad, where he set up the regional cocoa program of the organisation in four countries; Cote Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon.  He also has varied experience in agricultural and merchant banking.  He holds an honour’s degree in Economics and MBA in Finance.

He has over 25 years’ postgraduate experience as a business manager and business promoter, professional Farmer. In his previous roles, he has acted as the Deputy Attaché Commercial of Le Group S.M International Inc. from 1995-2000, Commercial Director Africa for LCO Construction and Consultants Inc.2000/2014. In 2003, Olivier founded GMC Universal Ghana Limited; a firm focused on gold mining, agriculture, building construction and business promotion and successfully promoted many projects in Africa.

Mr. Forster Boateng serves as AGRA’s Interim Regional Head for West Africa, leading AGRA’s vision and strategic partnerships to catalyze and sustain inclusive agriculture transformation across four countries in West Africa. Mr. Boateng has a background in Agricultural Engineering, and Economic Policy Management with experience in state capability, agricultural systems, and value chain development.   
 
Mr. Boateng has in the past consulted for three African Development Bank and Government of Ghana jointly funded programs in the area of rural and urban socio-economic infrastructure development, SSE development and micro-financial services through the Social Investment Fund (SIF) Program as Institutional Development Specialist, under the auspices of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD) and also the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) in Ghana. 
 
Mr. Boateng has also worked as Program Manager at the Gender Responsive Skills and Community Development Project (a US$14.67 million AfDB-GoG 4-year funded project) with the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection in Ghana; Country Program Manager for Self-Help International, (a Waverly IOWA-USA based NGO focused on poverty reduction and food security); and Project Officer at Sasakawa Global 2000 –Nippon Foundation and Carter Centre funded program in agricultural development/food security. He has consulted for the Village Infrastructure Project (World Bank/IDA 5-year funded rural development project) to identify and promote suitable Intermediate Means of Transport (IMT) Technologies to address farm to village transport gaps in the food crop value chains in Ghana.

Hans has been active in food & agri banking since he graduated at Wageningen University in Agri economics (1994). He spent over 20 years at Rabobank in various international agribusiness financing and advisory roles. From agribusiness project finance to M&A to trade & commodity finance (responsible for Rabo’s Central and Eastern European agri commodity financing clients). The last 8 years at Rabo he helped building the Agri finance advisory business at Rabo Development, a unit that invests in promising rural banks in Africa. In 2017 he became manager of the Agribusiness department of FMO, The Dutch Development. FMO supports African food & agribusiness companies in their growth by blending various sources of funding including dedicated Dutch Government funds with a higher risk appetite (“Building Prospects Fund”). Special attention is focused on integrating farmers in value chain financing models with off-takers. FMO’s investment in Babban Gona, a Nigerian service delivery model for some 20,000 maize farmers, has been one of the most successful examples in this respect.

Dr Louise Abayomi is a Senior Research & Enterprise Fellow at the Natural Resources Institute (NRI), University of Greenwich, UK. She obtained her doctorate in Postharvest Technology from Cranfield University, UK. Prior to joining NRI in 2008, she had been working in the fresh produce sector (World Flowers, Flamingo (UK), Gomez Ltd, and Rodanto Ltd). Her activities now cut across long-term development projects within the public-private sector, as well as consultancies for international organizations such as the World Food Programme of the UN and UNIDO. She has twenty years of experience in the field and is based in Nigeria.

Mr. Koranteng has most recently worked for Premium Foods Limited as Project Manager for the Cassava Agribusiness and Small-scale Processing (CASH-P) project.  CASH-P is an initiative of PFL supported by the UK-DFID to incorporate smallholder cassava farmers into profitable supply chains. Mr. Koranteng is a highly experienced and qualified development programs manager and Teams leader with over 25 years of experience from managing programs from donors such as USAID, DFID, the European Union, the World Bank to the International NGOs, (including ACDIVOCA, ActionAid, ChristianAid and TechnoServe), that has employed his services. Mr Koranteng has also been an agricultural extension officer of the ministry of food and agriculture in Ghana, where he successfully managed innovative technology adoption programs for smallholder farmers in the Upper West region from 1989 to 1996 and followed up to contribute to advocacy and media efforts on the same issues, as supervisor of the national video production studio of the Department of Agricultural Extension Services, (DAES-MOFA) from 1997 to 2001.  In addition to these demonstrated leadership and management skills, Mr. Koranteng has a strong background in development programming on issues including food rights, the right to education, right to life in the face of conflicts, emergencies and diseases and women's rights. Mr. Koranteng received his B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture, concurrent with a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and his M.Sc. in Agriculture from the University of Reading in the UK.
