He is also Managing Director of BlueSG which operating a 100% electric car sharing programme with eventually 1000 EV and 2000 charging points across the Singapore, making the city-state the second largest city worldwide for EV car sharing. BlueSG will also host an open innovation platform available to industry partners and research institutes.

Franck joined the Bolloré group in Singapore in 2000 as Managing Director of IER Pte Ltd, an airport and airline IT solutions provider for passenger processing in Asia & Middle East. In this position, he has built a strong expertise in managing complex projects improving flows for goods and people. He is also in charge of Blue Solutions’ regional activities since 2013. With more than 17 years spent in Singapore, he has gathered a solid understanding of the country’s societal environment.

Franck Vitté holds a Master degree in Management and is post graduated in Marketing and Finance from the Sorbonne University in Paris.

He is currently Head of Low Carbon Mobility, a group under Malaysian Green Technology Corporation, an organization mandated to champion green economy in Malaysia responsible to establish, maintain, execute and enhance policies, processes and procedures related to Low Carbon Mobility.
He has more than 14 and 8 years of experience in the fields of Automotive and Electric Vehicle. In 2016, he was assigned to expand charging station infrastructure. The installation of public-access EV charging station under the project Driving Efficient Electricity Demand Growth through Electric Mobility funded by Malaysian Electricity Supply Industry Trust Account (MESITA) to improve energy efficiency through increasing demand of electricity from EV charging. Under this fund, 235 public charging station were successfully installed.

https://www.cmtevents.com/EVENTDATAS/190413/speakers/Pimpa.jpgDr. Pimpa Limthongkul graduated with a bachelor degree in Materials Science and Engineering (Cum Laude with Honor) from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA in 1997.  She earned her Ph.D. degree in the same area with a minor in Technology and Policy in 2002 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Massachusetts USA.
Dr. Limthongkul has over 25 years research experiences in both academic, government and private sectors in Thailand and USA.  For the past 20 years, her work has been geared towards the field of materials for electrochemically related energy systems, specifically high-performance rechargeable battery technology and solid oxide fuel cells.  She is a co-author of  over 60 scientific publications, a co-inventor over 10 patents/ patents applications and has been invited to several scientific conferences and has won several awards, the recent one being L’oreal – Unesco for Women in Science, Thailand 2014. Her research work has helped found 2 companies in the field of Lithium – ion batteries: A123 Systems and 24M Technologies, Inc.
Dr. Limthongkul is currently holding a position as Head of the Electrochemical Materials and System Laboratory at MTEC/NSTDA, using her knowledge and experience to develop new battery materials and system that would lead to realization of electrification of vehicles, growth of renewable energy and development of highly efficient power grid.

Bjoern Voss is an expert in the field of manufacturing and experienced in guiding international OEMs and SMEs on their way into the mobility industry of the future.  Bjoern studied Mechanical Engineering at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. He joined P3 Automotive in 2007 as an automotive consultant in Germany and was dispatched to Asia in 2009. Since then, he has been working for P3 in China, Japan, Thailand and other Asian countries. Since 2014, Bjoern has been responsible for P3’s Operations and Supply Chain Division in Asia and currently sits on the extended board of P3.
