PROFILE

Harold Corke

Harold Corke is a PhD graduate in plant genetics, and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He has published 170 scientific papers in journals on food science, focusing on starch quality. He is currently Editor in Chief of the 'Encyclopedia of Grain Science' project. Harold has been affiliated with the University of Kong Kong for nearly 20 years. He has 25 years experience in research, teaching and consulting in agricultural development and food science, and has business interests in starch processing in China.
