Holding a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and a Master's degree in Managing Technology & Innovation, he has built a career at the intersection of innovation, business development, and commercialization. Salman has led multidisciplinary development teams and programs in sustainable packaging, barrier solutions, nonwovens, molded fiber technologies and advanced materials, helping transform innovative sustainable technologies into scalable commercial solutions.
