Shinjiro Miyaji began his career in 2005 with a comprehensive real estate company, where he built a strong foundation in property development and business operations. In 2017, he joined Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd. as a mid-career hire, focusing on product planning and promotion for office buildings. During this time, he played a key role in launching the satellite office business “H1T,” a notable new business initiative that expanded the company’s flexible workspace offerings.

In 2022, Mr Miyaji transitioned to the Logistics Business Department under the Urban Development Division II, where he further deepened his expertise in logistics real estate. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager, overseeing marketing, product and sales planning, CRM, talent development, and new business initiatives for the high-spec logistics facility brand “Landport.” He is also actively involved in organising exhibitions, events, and seminars. Following organisational restructuring in 2026, he was additionally appointed Head of the Business Development Section within the Infrastructure & Industry Division, driving strategic growth and innovation across the portfolio.
