Mr. Foder has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since June 2025.

As CCO, he owns Enviva’s overall commercial strategy as the company builds on its existing customer base in power and heat generation while diversifying its portfolio and expanding into new markets. Mr. Foder is focused on identifying growth opportunities for the company, including developing and commercializing additional applications for its sustainable biomass.

He has over 30 years of experience in the global energy industry, spanning the upstream, midstream, downstream, and power generation segments in strategic, functional, and operational leadership roles.   Most recently, Mr. Foder served as Senior Vice President, Growth Projects at Weatherford International, a global energy services company.

Mr. Foder holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
