Arca Continental South America has announced that it will invest approximately USD 80 million to construct a state-of-the-art bottling plant in Machachi, Ecuador.
The construction at the Machachi plant has already commenced.
Arca continental is the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America. The new plant will have the capability to produce carbonated and still beverages under the The Coca-Cola Company brands.
The bottles manufactured will also help meet the growing demand of the Ecuadorian market while also helping Arca meet its sustainability goals.
The new production capacity will adhere to the highest standards of technology, efficiency and production quality.
