In Europe, Mediterranean PVC producers are looking forward to a "3-4% overall growth in 2010”, but according to a recent ICIS report, “outlook is varied according to region and construction in the UK and Iberia are among the worst hit in Europe... The strongest recovery is reported to be in Central and Eastern Europe.”
