This 4-day course will define the four focus areas that make up the PSM Framework, namely – Process Safety Leadership, Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Management, Review and Improvement. Within each focus area are a number of components which set out the key aspects of the operations that organisations need to get right and what they need to do in order to assure the integrity of the operation.
